Ini ellam Allavo is a nice family story with a romantic touch.
The plot:
The hero Deepan is a popular Hollywood Story writer cum Director. He has a daughter named Mithra. Mithra's mom got separated from Deepan just after her birth. Since Deepan is busy with his work he seldom gets time to spend with his daughter. Deepan's agent Elisa manages his appointments and schedules and she makes sure that his image is not spoilt in any way. Deepan's mom, Meenatchi lives in India on her own. Though Deepan is worried about his mom, he is unable to manage time to go and stay with his mom for a longer duration. But Mithra meets with an accident and Deepan blames his negligence for the same and decides to go to India and stay with his mom.
Meanwhile in India, Meenatchi, meets Santhana, a good hearted and lively young girl. Santhana's brother Boobaalan has gone abroad on some official work and at that time her dad gets killed by some robbers. At that time, Meenatchi comes to her rescue and asks Santhana to come and stay with her. Both the women, who have no one else to take care of get along well.
At this time Deepan and his daughter comes back to India. He suspects Santahan as a media spy who has cheated his mom to get more news about him. Santhana tries to explain it to him but in vain. But Mithra who has never seen her mom, gets closer to Santhana.
Will Santhana, compromise her self-esteem for the sake of Meenatchi and Mithra's love? Or will Deepan understand that not everyone is after his fame and money?
